Commercial Property Training - APC provides consultancy services to candidates and employers.

These range from a full investigation of an employer’s training needs to general queries on competencies and the examination of candidates’ APC records (although there is a minimum charge of £150 for consultancy instructions).

In-house training events can also be provided, such as APC induction, interim, final assessment written submissions, final assessment interview/presentation, and supervisor and counsellor training. Mock interviews are also available. In-house professional development events comprise subjects of valuation, agency, L&T, property management, development appraisal, professional ethics.
